Who we are
This website, www.rizwansagency.com, is run by Rizwan's AI Agency, owned by Syed Rizwan Ahmed. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at hello@rizwansagency.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, business name, email or phone/WhatsApp number, country, the service you are interested in, the best time to talk, and your message.
- AI assistant (chat window): the messages you type. If you choose to share your name, email or phone number in the chat, we also receive the conversation so that we can contact you.
- WhatsApp and email: whatever you send us when you message us directly.
- Technical data: to stop spam and abuse, our server keeps a scrambled (salted and hashed) version of your IP address for a short time. We do not store your raw IP address for this.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and reply to your enquiry. (Taking steps at your request before a contract.)
- To plan, build and support your project if you become a client. (Performing our contract with you.)
- To keep the website, the form and the assistant safe from spam and abuse. (Our legitimate interests.)
- To keep records we must keep by law, such as invoices. (Legal obligation.)
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the website. They process information for us and only as needed:
- Hostinger – hosts this website and our business email, so form messages and emails are stored on their servers.
- Google (Gemini API) – the AI assistant sends the messages you type to Google's Gemini service to write a reply. Please do not share sensitive personal information, passwords or card details in the chat. Google's use of this data is covered by its Gemini API terms.
- Google Fonts – our pages load fonts from Google, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- WhatsApp (Meta) – if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer for international transfers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and chat leads that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client information: for as long as we work together, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
- Chat messages without contact details: not saved by us after the reply is sent.
- Anti-spam data (scrambled IP): deleted automatically within a few days.
Your rights
If you are in the UK, UK data protection law (UK GDPR) gives you the right to ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Wherever you are, we will try to help with any reasonable request.
Email hello@rizwansagency.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our own pages do not set cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and to keep the site running.
Our other tools
This policy covers www.rizwansagency.com. Our separate apps and tools, such as Sambhalo, ProCV AI, Invoice Maker Pro, Snap Studio and Rizwan's Lens, run on their own addresses and explain their own data use where they collect information.
Our services are for businesses and adults. This website is not aimed at children.
